Description of Use:

Bagged material or product from a silo is poured into the hopper, where a feeding wheel continuously fills the mixing chamber.

The required water is injected into the mixing chamber via a stainless steel pump. Water flow is maintained at a constant rate through a technical stabilisation system and controlled by a valve that starts or stops the flow as needed.

The water quantity in the mixture can be monitored via a flow meter and adjusted using a micrometric valve.

Once mixed, the material is immediately drawn into the eccentric screw pump and propelled through the pipe to the spray gun.

With assistance from the integrated compressor’s air supply, the material is sprayed onto the application area from a distance of approximately 20 cm.

Material flow can be started or stopped directly from the spray gun by operating the air valve. Cleaning is straightforward, quick, and mess-free, with no water spillage in the work area.

Only the mixing area requires cleaning. Unused dry material can remain in the hopper and, if necessary, be removed by opening the discharge plug at the hopper’s base.

The Koine 4 is equipped with safety features and overload protection devices for electric motors, including light indicators for:

• Correct line / phase presence
• Overload alarm
• Optimal water pressure presence
• Stand-by control status (air closed)
• Self-resetting thermal protector intervention in the mixing motor

In addition to the electromechanical components, the electrical panel houses a compressed air system with a service pressure gauge for monitoring purposes.
